CAR Policy "210"
Although neither Law No. 210 of 02.08.04 nor the subsequent implementing decree (Legislative Decree 122 of 20.06.05) requires the conclusion of a policy during the construction of a property, many reasons advocate for adequate insurance coverage of the specific risks associated with the construction phase. In particular, protecting the financial plan against accidental and unpredictable events, as well as controlling the consistency between design and construction techniques for the subsequent conclusion of the mandatory Ten-Year Postuma policy.

The basis of this policy is constituted by the coverage provided by Ministerial Scheme 2.3, supplemented by certain extensions granted for a fee.
The main extensions include:
a) Damage from design or calculation errors;
b) Precipitation, floods, inundations, and flooding;
c) Damage from open excavation;
d) Damage from vibration;
e) Damage to underground cables or pipes belonging to third parties;
f) Increased costs for overtime work.

Permanent works and systems (estimated reconstruction cost, mandatory category);
